KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM: Clothed by Faith Organization # CG 956

  1. Sign in to your Kroger Rewards account online (if you have never logged in before you may have to create an account and use the numbers found on the back of your Plus Shopper’s Card to link your account)

  2. Select “Community Rewards” under “My Account” in left hand menu.

  3. Enter Clothed by Faith or CG 956. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

  1. Click link HERE

  2. Print and fill out the form with your Randalls Remarkable Card information and our organization # 13467. Make sure to include your name, phone number, date and sign it.

  3. Drop the form into your local Randalls Courtesy Booth next time you go to shop.
