Our Vision
We offer more than clothes. We offer dignity and hope.
At Clothed By Faith, our mission is to demonstrate God’s love by providing gently-used clothing to those in need.
We give one week's worth of clothing, shoes, new socks & underwear to children and adults in need throughout the Greater Houston area. The clothing is carefully selected and presented in nice gift bags with notes of encouragement. Great care is given to match style and color preferences of each client and shoes are re-packaged to look like new.
But whilst our stated mission is to provide clothing, the end result of our work is to dignify and empower individuals by providing quality clothing as a tangible demonstration of God’s love.
We very much rely on donations from member of the community and the work of our volunteers to get the clothing to our clients.

But our mission is about much more than clothing.
This informs our donation process — what we accept and what we recycle.
This informs our sorting and packing — we present this to our clients in like-new condition, with outfits chosen by volunteers customizing as best they can to the size and style of the client.
This informs how we interact with our community — we believe everyone is deserving of love, care, and kindness.
It also informs our processes, including allowing adult women to browse in our Selection Area, choosing their own outfits instead of being given something sight-unseen.
