Alternate ways to receive clothing

EXISTING PARTNERS ONLY - request system is CLOSED ❌

WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK BACK NEXT WEEK.

If the branch you normally use—or the one closest to you—is not listed in our request system, it is at capacity and not accepting requests.

DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST IF YOUR BRANCH IS NOT LISTED. Your request will not be processed and may result in a refusal of service in the future.

NOTE: At this time, we are unable to take on new partnerships due to the high volume of requests from our current partners. This includes branches or other locations of existing partners.


📦 REQUEST GUIDELINES

We provide one week's worth of gently used clothing, shoes, and new socks and underwear (when available) to those in need.

You may submit requests:

  • Twice per year per client (typically once for summer, once for winter)

  • One request per family

  • Up to 10 individuals per request

⏳ PROCESSING PAUSE

When we have 15–20 bags ready for pickup, we will temporarily pause new request processing until those bags are collected.


🚨 URGENT PARTNER REQUESTS

Every request represents a person or family in need, and we take that seriously. While we wish we could prioritize all requests, our resources are limited. We’re working diligently to process each order as quickly as possible.

Only mark your request as urgent if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Loss of all belongings due to fire or disaster

  • Fleeing a situation and leaving everything behind

  • A child unable to attend school due to lack of appropriate clothing

  • A child attending school in inappropriate clothing

  • A person starting a job immediately who needs clothing or shoes to avoid losing the opportunity

If your request is urgent:

  • Please explain why—selecting “yes” alone is not sufficient.

  • Pickup is required within 2 working days of notification.

All other requests are processed in the order received. NOTE: Having bags ready for pickup does not mean your order is prioritized.


🎒 SCHOOL CLOTHING REQUESTS

If you’re requesting school clothing, please include the name of your child’s school in the Preference section. This helps us provide items that align with the school’s dress code.

HOUSTON ISD:

If you’re requesting school uniforms for a student in Houston ISD, please check with the Sunrise Center nearest to the child’s school. Sunrise Centers may have uniforms available, along with many other valuable resources for students and families.

  • Shirt and pant colors

  • Whether polo shirts or t-shirts are required

  • If students may wear shorts or skirts
