Our Vision

Clothing our Neighbors with Hope and Dignity

At Clothed By Faith, our mission is to demonstrate God’s love by providing gently-used clothing to those in need.

We give one week's worth of clothing, shoes, new socks & underwear to children and adults in need throughout the Greater Houston area. The clothing is carefully selected and presented in nice gift bags with notes of encouragement. Great care is given to match style and color preferences of each client and shoes are re-packaged to look like new.

But while our stated mission is to provide clothing, the end result of our work is to dignify and empower individuals by providing quality clothing as a tangible demonstration of God’s love.

We very much rely on donations from member of the community and the work of our volunteers to get the clothing to our clients.

Our Beliefs

Clothed by Faith serves everyone regardless of their beliefs. We serve all with Love, Integrity, Excellence through Collaboration, without passing judgement.

God promises us “See how the lilies of the field grow… If that is how God clothes the grass of the field will He not much more clothe you” (Matthew 6:28-30).

We believe that we are part of God’s purpose to clothe and care for His children and by demonstrating His love, we are following Jesus’ example.
