Applying to become an approved partner
Clothed By Faith partners with many organizations to provide one week's worth of clothing, shoes, new socks, and new underwear (when available) to children and adults in need throughout the Greater Houston area.
At this time Clothed by Faith is not accepting new partnerships. If another location from your organization or school district is already a partner, please email melinda@clothedbyfaith.org to have your location added to our partnership list.
EXPECTATIONS ONCE PARTNERSHIP IS APPROVED
CBF will strive to provide your clients with one week’s worth of gently used clothing, undergarments, socks and shoes (if available) in a timely manner.
CBF can provide your clients clothing twice a year (approximately every 6 months), once with summer and once with winter clothing.
CBF expects approved partners to have done all necessary checks on your clients with reference to their status before placing clothing requests.
If request is urgent (client has lost everything in fire or other disaster, has had to flee a situation leaving everything behind, etc.) then CBF will attempt to get clothing to client ASAP. Please note that we may not have the correct sizes available.
If approved partner states that request is urgent then partner MUST pick up the clothing within 2 days of being notified by CBF that it is ready for pick up. A failure to pick up in a timely manner may mean that we will remove you from our partner list.
Non-urgent requests should be picked up within 5 days of being notified.
CBF cannot deliver requests except with prior agreement.
